Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TrackFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users, including trial users and paying subscribers.

Use of TrackFlow

TrackFlow is a job-tracking and workflow management tool intended for business use. You agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, resell or otherwise exploit the service without express written permission from TriFekta.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@trifekta.io if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Intellectual Property

TrackFlow, its design, features and all related content are owned by TriFekta and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the data you create and upload within the service.

Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on the cycle described at pricing.html. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless a shorter period is required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TriFekta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use TrackFlow, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of TrackFlow after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
